Make sure to read the ezines you subscribe to for awhile - so you can
be sure they are where you want to advertise. If the content is not new or
fresh, or is just plain bad, don't advertise there. It's likely the subscribers
are not reading the issues. Check with previous advertisers - if you think the
ad was written well - and see if there was any good response. Use common
sense and strategy when you advertise - don't throw away all your dollars
on something that will not work.
Solo ads convert the best (if well written, if the subject line is both compelling and
what the readers see, and if the ezine is a trusted resource for the readers),
and well-placed top sponsor ads, after that. Classifieds and
free ads usually don't do well. Don't advertise in ezines loaded with ads -
people get tired of ads and look at none. Bottom or interspersed ads all through-out
the ezine are usually skimmed past without notice for most readers.

advertising (or just for reading). Your ads are much more likely to be responded to if they are sent out
in ezines which are of a similar or supportive subject category.

Business and opportunity ezines if you have a business to promote. Don't stick your ad in any type ezine -
