I suggest using only one pop up per web page at the most (none is best) - and the best pop up is on a
page exit - then it won't draw people off of your site, plus it annoys people the least. You
should use a pop up program that rotates the site, or you might want to rotate your
own pop ups so people don't see the same one each time they visit your site. Many people now have pop up filters set up so the
ads will not show up. Many affiliate programs prohibit the use of pop-ups - check first before trying it.
Also,
stay away from using those moving target pop-ups that block site visitors from seeing the site they are
on - they are very annoying and for some people, harder to close since it's moving (and who can read a
moving ad very well, anyway???).
OPT-In Advertising may work, but not as well as it used to. There are "safe lists" all opt-in, all screened and cleaned daily.
Free or paid membership, & earn. Send your ad out as a teaser to request more information - don't
send it out hoping for a sale. Make your headline very compelling.
How? How can you divide 8 and get an answer of 3?
The answer is "draw a vertical line down the middle, and you get a '3' on the left, and an inverted '3' on
the right"
